Here’s How It Works
Staging
Home Preview: We start with an on-site visit to tour the space and take any measurements needed. This will take about an hour.
Staging Proposal: We’ll send a customized proposal within two business days that includes design services, installation, and 30-day accessories and furnishings rental and removal.
Reserving Staging Date: We’ll reserve and schedule your staging date as soon as we receive a deposit. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of the staging agreement. Our calendar books up quickly, so be sure to reserve as soon as possible.
Staging Day: Our staging installation usually takes 1-2 days depending on the size of the home. We request that your space be clean and vacant upon arrival. More details are in our staging agreement.
