Kris is a true professional. Stager isn't the appropriate term. I'd classify her work as artfully design driven. Full of texture and movement which is so helpful in telling a homes story. I have used her many times to position my clients' properties for market and every time she over delivers. Together we've shared many stories with prospective buyers and helped our sellers to earn the highest and best sale price for their most treasured asset. If you want to elevate your listing portfolio and leave a lasting impression Kris is the key.

I had a listing recently that had been lived in pretty hard over the last decade which Kris staged for me. There had been a lot of work that went into cleaning and prepping the home, but there were still features about it that could have made it a challenge for buyers to see past. She was able to thoughtfully decorate and position furniture in such a way that really brought the best out of the home, and gave it the personality and appeal it really deserved.
